Some People say “At Least I’ve Got My Health…”. For me it’s “At Least I Got My Cat…”, Lol
Yes, a Proud Father for Over 10 Years Now, Lol
Things are actually pretty good right now… I do, indeed, “Have My Health”… And Life is Pretty Calm at the Moment.
Vlog;
On The Creative Front, as I may, or may not have mentioned, I’ve been Missing Film Making a bit lately, and so Created a YouTube Channel (Actually I Created it so there was somewhere I could send People that wanted to see My Short Film “If Not Now…” that I did 10 Years ago), and Created a “Silly” Vlog Called “Paladin Jade“.
Well, after having a few fun days with that, I decided to Make a New Blog Called “Dark’s Media Empire“…
I wanted somewhere where I, and others, could Post YouTube Vlogs Etc., and I didn’t feel it would be wise to Just Tack it onto My Creative Writing Blog (This One), or My Journalism/Multiple Artist Collaborative Blog “The Dark Globe”…
At this point, I’ve signed on Three other People that will be Contributing Content, One of which is Kymlee, Whose started a Very Cool Vlog Series Called “Critical Thinking Q & A“… You should Definitley Check these out.
She’ll also be Adding Vlogs of Her Playing/Singing Music, she is Super Talented, I’ve liked her Music for a long time.
I Know what You’re Thinken… And even if you’re not, that’s ok, because I’m thinken it for you… And that is, “What Happened to that Novella He was supposed to be Getting Edited…”.
It’s true perhaps one of the reasons that I’ve taken a bit of a “Mental Break”, and been messen around with YouTube Vlogging, is because I’m at a Difficult Point with My Novella… My Lovely Follower has Completed The “Line Edit”, and now all I have to do is Update My Copy a bit, and it will be ready to Shoot Off to My Editor… Of course, I don’t have an Editor yet, Lol… And that’s where it gets a bit Challenging.
With My Poetry Book, My Eldest Sister Edited it… And now that I’ve given her a couple months, in order to see if she could free up some time to Edit My Novella… Well, lets just say those Couple Months were April and May, Lol
So, now I must find an Editor for My Novella… Nuff Said
Blog Series;
Allure – My New Blog Series “Allure” has had a good response, which I’m happy about… I had never Written a Story about a “Vampire” before (Though I do have a Vampire Character in My Fantasy Novel “Chess With Agatha”, but he’s one of many Characters), and though “Vampires” are a bit everywhere right now, I am really enjoying Writing it.
In Fact, I even did an “Allure Music Playlist” over on My Dark Xperience Blog, which was an Idea I thought of after talking to My Good Friend Heloise, who had seen that done on another Blog.
Tales of The Dark Rider, Captain Fire 197 & Darker Times are all kind of on Hold at the Moment… “Tales of The Dark Rider” mostly because I’d like to make it into a Comic Book, and Haven’t the Time to Locate an Artist for it at the moment… I approached Both My Brother and Nephew who can Draw, but My Bro’s Got his Family (Two Boys) tying him up, and My Nephew is Actually Choreographing his Own Short Ballet Piece… So, for the moment anyway, they’re both a no go.
Whisper Moon – “Whisper Moon” has gone well, but to be honest with you, My Muses aren’t singing to me at the moment, and I don’t just want to “Write Whatever”… So Hopefully The Characters will Summon me again soon with some Ideas in regards to Story Line.
Fantasy Novel (Chess With Agatha…) ;
“Chess With Agatha…” has gone very well, and I am nearing the Completion of what may be The First of a Trilogy, I have yet to decide.
I have slowed down Writing on it a bit as I’ve approached the ending, not because of lack of story, I have several scenes that I still need to get onto paper… I think more because I really need to Focus on Getting an Editor for “I Died Once”… Even though I take on a lot of Projects at once, the reality is, I don’t actually like to “Spread Myself” too thin… And so it may seem like I’m focused in many, many directions at once… In truth, I’m generally focused on about Three Things at once, Those Three Things just Shift as I go… If that makes sense, Lol.
My Poetry is Basically a Blend of My Feelings, and Artistry… And though 10 months ago when I started Writing Them after a Romantic Breakup, truth be known, they’ve just kept coming… And thus, I suspect you may always see Poetry Heavily on this Site…
Not to mention I have about 6 Books Worth of Poems I still need to get Edited and Self Publish, Lol
But first, My Novella.
