You’re No Jedi Yet – Editing Challenges

Sometimes it just feels like you’re fighting with yourself…

Doesn’t it?

Ok, so my plan in January was, Contact My Editor, and see if she’s available to start Editing “Chess With Agatha” (The First In My “Planes Of Ordose” Trilogy of Fantasy Novels), hoping she can start by Mid January, and maybe we can finish it in 2 to 3 weeks, her Schedule Allowing.

Ahh, there’s the Rub… Her ‘Schedule’.

And sadly as I feared, being My Editor (At least for my first two books) is My Eldest Sister, and her, and her husband have adopted a rather ‘Large’, ‘Lovely’ and ‘Rambunctious’ 11 Month Old Malamute Pup, and thus after talking to her yesterday, I’ve determined that she’s not likely to have time to Edit My Book any time soon.

ARGHH!! is the only thought that comes to mind, Lol

Back in November I ran My Second Kickstarter Project (The First was for My Novella, “I Died Once“, which was Successful), in order to generate some Funds to Both ‘Hire’ and Artist for the Cover of “Chess With Agatha”, as well as Fund to Hire an Editor (Hopefully My Sister again), but sadly I did not hit my goal.

And so now I sit ‘Fundless’, and ‘Editorless’ here on the 5th of January.

On a Positive Note, seeing that My November Kickstarter Project wasn’t liable to succeed, I started to work with My Very Good Photography Friend, Kirsty @ La Plume Noire, and Together we Created the Book Cover you see on the Left…

Alright, so, half of what I set out to Achieve in November, was indeed Complete.

But now… Hmm… I must some how Create the Funds to Hire a ‘Whole New’ Editor to Edit My Book, still Hoping/Shooting For a January-February Self Publishing Date…

Hmm… Doable I think

But how?

Yes, so it’s definitely true that “I’m No Jedi Yet” in regards to ‘Writing’, & ‘Self Publishing’…

But I still figure I’m at least somewhere in the ‘Degaba System’ of it all, which is fine by me..

To Sequel, Or Not To Sequel

To Sequel, Or Not To Sequel

In September of 2011-November of 2011 was the period that I Wrote, and Blog Posted Chapters of My Very First Novella, “I Died Once“.

Earlier this year, I got Permission from the Artist to use this Drawing that she had done, and that I had found online, as the Cover for the Novella.

And My Photographer friend Kirsty and I Designed the actual layout of the book.

Then my Good Friend Beth Reviewed, and Line Edited the First Draft, simply because she likes my work, and partakes in groups of Writers where they Line Edit and Review one another’s work.

In June I ran a Kickstarter Editor Funding Project, so I would have the cash to Pay an Editor to Edit the book.

It was a success, so I went forward with Editing it in July and August, where I actually sat down with my Hired Editor, and Edited the book in preparation of Self Publishing it, which I ended up doing at the End of August/Early September.

In September I Marketed the Novella via Social Networks such as Twitter, Facebook, and on This, and My Author’s Blog, as well as got it into a Local Bookstore where I also have My First, and Only Self Published Poetry Book, “Winter, Lust, And Wonder“.

I also made “I Died Once” Available as an Ebook, and asked several People that I either knew, or that were Followers of one, or more of my blogs, to Review the Book for me.

In the end, I had some pretty Amazing Reviews, and a couple not so Great… But I was so happy about the Good one’s, that I seemed to recover from the not so good one’s pretty quickly.

“I Died Once” wasn’t a Book that I thought everyone would like… Though I was really pleased to find out that the greater majority of those that had read it, did indeed get something from it.

As a final way to get it into more people’s hands, I hadn’t planned on it, but decided that during the Thanksgiving Weekend, I would Give away FREE Ebooks of “I Died Once”, as a way to get it Read by more People… In hopes to get even more feedback on the book, but also as a way to just get it read… Because as a Writer, at least for me, sure it would, and will be great to make a living at some point via My Writing, but from now, and Forever, having people Read My Work is definitely My Most Important, and Enjoyable thing.

At the end of the Three Day Giveaway, 102 Copies of My Novella had been Downloaded, so I was very pleased… And hope to hear from some of the people that take the time to Read it. Whether they Leave a Review on My Book’s Amazon Page, Leave a Comment here, or Simply Drop me an E-Mail @ JadeDark68@Yahoo.Com.

But none of this is why I am doing this Post right now… A very odd thing has come up for me during the last hand full of days… As many of you may know that are following my Writing Pursuits, I’ve kind of Eased up a bit on Writing New Material, while I focus on getting some of what I have already Written This Year, Self Published.

My Number 1 Focus as of late, as once again many of you know, is My First Completed Fantasy Novel, “Chess With Agatha“…

Yes, so far it’s been Reviewed and Line Edited by My Friend Beth, Cleaned Up a bit by me, and Kirsty My Photographer Friend and I have recently Designed, and Completed the Cover…

I’ve also Started a Kickstarter Project for it a few weeks ago, but unlike my “I Died Once” Kickstarter Project in June, this one has not fared quite as well.

Whether it’s because of the Holidays, or the Economy, or maybe I just got a Strong Response on My First one, because it was My First One Ever… Whatever the case may be, I’m not too worried about it. I was apprehensive to do a 2nd one this year, but when November hit, suddenly it felt like the right time…

5 Months had passed since My other Project, so I felt enough time had gone by.
The fact that it may not pan out, will hopefully only cause the Book’s Self Publishing Date to be in January, 2013, instead of December, 2012. Which isn’t a big deal.

And Next up after “Chess With Agatha”, will be My First in a Series of Vampire Novellas, called “Allure”. The First Draft which I Wrote, and Posted on this Blog in May-August, 2011.

So, like I say, I’ve really backed off on Writing New Content, until I get these two books either Self Published, or Well On Their way to being Self Published.

And then come January, 2013, I will Begin/Continue Writing My Second in the “Chess With Agatha” Trilogy, called “Iliad”.

And I will more than likely Begin/Continue Writing My 2nd Novella in the “Allure” Series…

So yeah, I have my hands full.

But if you’re a Writer, than you probably know, The Writer’s ‘Soul’, if you will, Knows No Schedule… And so suddenly in the last few days, another Novella started to come to me, and I just started to Write it, and see where it took me.

Normally I would Post anything that I Write, but because I’m not sure whether I actually want to go forward with this Particular Novella, I decided to ‘Not’ Post it for now.

And the Reason is this… It is a ‘Sequel’ to My ‘I Died Once” Novella… Let me start by saying, I never planned on Writing any additional Books Connected to the Original… And the truth is, I just don’t know that I want to… Mainly because I really feel that it is a Stand Alone Novella, and some part of me Really Just doesn’t want to Mess with that.

That said, for me when a Character Comes to Life… It Takes on Its Own Life, and so for me, the Main Character is Alive and Well, and Definitely not Fully Explored. Part of this is because she is just a 15 Year Old Girl in “I Died Once”, and thus, the Potential for Story/Life Beyond this Point, is Vast.

But… I just don’t know if I want to Mess With it… I’m Very Proud of “I Died Once”, and I Feel the Story is an Important One… And I’d hate to think that anything I Wrote Here after would by any means Affect the Meaning, and/or Potency of the Original Book.

But, as an Exercise if nothing else, I’ve let myself Write This Next part of Her Story, and just see what comes.

It doesn’t mean that it will ever See The Light of Day… But, at least I can Release These Visions in My Head, that Have been Rapidly Coming at me during the Last Few Days.

I Love the Character of Mady, and though many are annoyed initially by her personality at the Beginning of “I Died Once”, by the end of the Book, most that have read it have told me that they are very fond of her. This makes me very Happy.

Granted, she is a Very Troubled Girl at the beginning of the book, which definitely played a role in why her personality was the way it was… But still, as a Reader, it is important that you Like the Character that the Book is Written about… At least on some level… At least I think that it is Important.

And so… This is why I Wrote this Post… To share with you My Fellow Comrades in Ink, and/or Followers, or Readers… Or Fellow Artists, the Serious Passionate Turmoil that I am experiencing in the Writing of this Second Novella. Or Novel… Or whatever it ends up being, Lol

None the less, I am Glad to be Writing, as I’ve had Quite a Hard time not Writing during this Greater Focus on Getting My Existing Work Self Published.

The “Allure” Series in particular has Really Been Calling to me, and I look forward to Continue with it come January, or February of 2013. But until then, who knows what kind of Writing will come out of me… I really do seem to like November I’ve noticed in regards to Writing… And the fact that we’re looking at a 3 to 4 days in a row worth of Rain here where I am, is definitely Prodding me on, and Prodding me Inward, if you know what I mean.

Hot Pastrami And Cheese Editing

Ok so, My Kickstarter isn’t doing as well this time (Last Time it Hit the Goal) with Generating Funds for Paying My Editor and Cover Artist for My Book “Chess With Agatha“

That’s alright, it’s Christmas Time, so maybe everyone’s holding onto their money… Who knows

But what I do know, is I want to make Editing as Easy as Possible for My Editor, especially if paying for it is going to be a Challenge.

Now the only way I can do this, is by starting to Implement the Grammar Etc. Changes that My Good Friend Beth has been doing on her Line Edit for it… Which, by the way, she’s almost done with…

Here it is on the Right… The Highlights are her Edits… I like to Print out a Copy when I’m inputting them, plus I want a copy by my side when I work with the Editor… Though if I implement them, I may not need them by my side.

With “I Died Once” I only Implemented a bit of it, and the rest the Editor and I referred to while we were doing the Final Editing.

Hopefully if I implement most of it, it will make The Final Editing a bit quicker.

But back to the Title of this Post…

Why “Hot Pastrami And Cheese Editing”?

Well, when I work on Editing Etc., like I’ve Posted before, I generally throw on some Trance Music… But today, it’s a nice Cool Day, and I thought I’d throw together a Hot Pastrami Sandwich to get me in the mood to Edit, Lol

It was Simple Really, I just did as follows’

• Put Butter (Or Margarine, no matter) on a frying pan

• Then I laid a Piece of Rye Bread in the Pan (Most Any Bread will Work)

• Then I Laid Several Pieces of Pastrami on the Bread (As much as you like)

• Then I Cut up some Cheddar Cheese (Cheddar is Great with Pastrami, Mozzarella is also good… But most any cheese will work)

• Then I sat the Second Piece of Bread on Top

• Then Throw a Lid on it, to help it Cook Evenly

• Throw the Heat on like Medium (Or in my case, 6 out of 10)

• Let it Cook for a bit, and just before it starts to burn on the bottom, Flip the Sandwich with a Spatula (And Cover it back up)

• Then before it burns on the bottom of that side, take it out

• Open up one side, and add mustard (Mustard is Great with Hot Pastrami, but if you don’t like Mustard, Skip it… With Hot Pastrami and Cheese you don’t really need Mayo, but if you want you can add it, and Lettuce too if you like… I just kept it Simple, Hot Pastrami, Melted Cheddar and Mustard)

Wola, now you have your Hot Pastrami Sandwich.

Next, for me anyway, I Poured a Glass of Super Cold Diet Root Beer (I’m always watching My Sugar Intake, that’s why the Diet)

Threw on My Pandora Christmas Music Station, and I’m Good To Go… Time to Start Implementing the Line Editing

DarkJade – November 2012 Update

Chess With Agatha;

At the Forefront of My November Focus, is of course “Chess With Agatha“… The first of a Trilogy of Fantasy Novels that I started working on in January, 2012.

I allowed myself the first 6 months of the year to slowly Write the First Draft of the First Book, and then I sat it aside while I focused on getting My Novella “I Died Once” Self Published.

I ended up Self Publishing “I Died Once” at the end of August, and spent all of September Marketing it via Twitter, Facebook and My Blogs. I also got it into the Local Bookstore where I also have My Poetry Book, “Winter, Lust, And Wonder“.

During the month of October, I slowed up on the Writing of New Material, as I found I was building up a Backlog that I was not liable to ever catch up on, Lol

Cover Artist;

Also during October, I spent time Researching, and Contacting possible Artists for the Cover of “Chess With Agatha“… Most of which either didn’t reply to E-mails, or are too busy to take on new Projects.

But primarily I was waiting to receive Sample Sketch Drawings from a Possible Artist, and never did.

And so during the Month of November, I’m basically starting from Scratch in regards to a Cover Artist.

On a Positive Note, during the last couple days I Created a “Chess With Agatha” Facebook Page (Check it out if you’d like), and Used this Photo on the Left for the Image… The reason I chose this Photo, is there is a ‘Red and Blue’ Enchanted Forest in the Story, and besides I certainly couldn’t use my ‘Rough Concept Sketch” up above to the right here, Lol

On visiting this Site, my Cover Layout Co-Designer Kirsty asked me if the blue and read forest Image was going to be My Book Cover… And I said, sadly, I have no way of locating the actual Artist, so not likely.

But that got me thinking… As Kirsty is a Photographer, perhaps we could work with one of her Forest Pictures (Should she have any Forest Photos, or have access to a Forest so that she might take some), and Create Our own Blue and Red Enchanted Forest, and perhaps use it for the Cover?

This is a very Exciting Possibility, and one I wouldn’t have thought of, if she hadn’t asked me about this Photo… So thank you Kirsty.

Line Editing;

My good friend Beth is 2/3 finished with the Initial Line Editing of My First Draft, and will more than likely finish it up this month sometime.

Implementing Writing Changes;

Also in October (Or was it early November? Lol), I started to Implement some changes I made to the Story, that I had done during My ‘Clean Up’ of the Novel in October.

Actual Editing;

I Contacted My “I Died Once” Editor yesterday, and asked her what her availability is during the next couple months, and whether she thinks she’d have time to Start the Actual Finishing Editing of the Book with me.

She’s going to let me know.

Kickstarter/Cover Artist/Editor Funding Project;

Back in the Month of June, I did a Kickstarter Project to Generate some Funds to Hire an Actual Editor for My Novella “I Died Once”…

I just needed $200, but you also need to Supply Rewards to the Contributors, so the Goal Amount was enough to cover both the $200, and the Money Needed to Cover the Rewards… Which Varied from PDF Copies of the Novella, to Actual Copies of the Novella, to Copies of My Poetry Book, and in a couple cases, actual Book Cover Posters.

To my Surprise, the Project went rather well, and succeeded.

For “Chess With Agatha”, I will need not only Funds for an Editor, but also Funds to Hire a Cover Artist (Whether it’s my Photographer Friend, or someone else Drawing something from scratch)…

And so I found myself Hesitant to doing a New Kickstarter Project, as I had done one for My Novella in June.

But after waiting a decent amount of time, Yesterday it just hit me, that it’s time to do a New Kickstarter Project.

This one comes 5 Months after My Last, so hopefully a enough time has passed.

I have absolutely no clue if it will be a success, as was the case last time… But at the moment, My Finances being what they are, I really can’t afford to come up with the money Myself.

So I Created the New Project, and I’m waiting for it to be Approved by Kickstarter.

I’ll be sure to get you guys the Link should you like to take a look, or be part of it.

The Rewards to Contributors will be Signed Copies of My Books Etc… It will all be listed on the Site.

Self Publishing “Chess With Agatha”

Beyond that, the goal is still to Self Publish “Chess With Agatha” during the Month of December some time… Though this may, or may not be possible, depending on My Editor’s Availability, Whether I Come up with, and Get The Cover Completed in time, and of course am able to Generate the Funds Needed to Pay the Editor and Cover Artist.

Yes, it’s true, in a certain respect, “Writing” is the easy part, Lol

But it did take the last year for me to develop Good Writing Habits (Namely an average of 1,000 words a day or so), which has positioned me to try and take this story to the next level so to speak.

Beyond “Chess With Agatha”;

Beyond “Chess With Agatha”, there is My First of a Series “Allure” Vampire Novella which I’ve Written the First Draft of, and will need to start the Self Publishing Process all over again with…

But not only am I Excited about this, it isn’t likely to be until maybe February, 2013 before I really start to tackle it.

New Material;

My Goal was to take care of Self Publishing both “Chess With Agatha”, and “Allure” prior to really starting to work on My Next Books…

But what I’m likely to do, is to Start (Continue, as I’ve written the first few Chapters) Writing my Second Agatha Book (Iliad) in January 2013, exactly one year from when I started writing the First Book… And perhaps Start my Second Allure Book in February…

Beyond those two Series, who knows what I might end up coming up with, and/or Writing… My Mind is definitely open for a Whole New Thing.

And as we’ve now entered into the Winter Months, I know for me at least as an Artist, New Projects tend to Come to Life, much like “I Died Once” last November.

So we shall see

Why Watch Football, When I Can Edit My Book?

Not that I actually watch all that much Football anyway, but still… Yes, in truth, I don’t like to watch Sports Alone… Just don’t enjoy it much… Maybe for 10 or 15 minutes here or there, but other than that, I prefer to watch them with other people.

Besides, the World Series isn’t until 5ish PST, Lol

And who says I can’t continue to Root for the San Francisco Giants, even though I’m a New York Yankees Fan through and through… The truth is, I’m a Baseball fan, as well as a Yankees Fan… Besides, the SF Giants are my 2nd Favorite Team, mainly because I lived like 30 to 40 miles away from San Francisco for a year and a half… And, because I was so impressed with them in the 2010 run where they won the World Series…

But none of this has to do with Book Editing, which is actually what I’m intending to work on today… Well… Not exactly ‘Editing’, more like Implementing the Changes I’ve made to the Book when I went through and ‘Cleaned‘ it up two or three weeks ago.

Yes, when I do my own Changes Etc., I do it on a Printed Copy First… Why? Because I hate staring at a Computer Screen for one, Lol I know that probably sounds a bit crazy, as many Blogs as I have had over the last year or so…

But in Truth, I’ve reduced the time I spend in front of my Laptop by maybe 60% by picking up the Kindle Fire HD… No, it’s not as Cool and Fancy as the IPad… But, as usual, Price ends up leading me to something other than an Apple… And the Kindle HD 7″ is only $199… And it’s really all I needed…

But once again, this has nothing to do with Book Editing…

So as October comes to an End, and I’ve Complete Cleaning up My Book “Chess With Agatha”, and The Line Editing is in Process by my Friend Beth, and I have not had success Acquiring a Cover Artist… I figure, I need to get these Changes Implemented, because November is going to potentially be a Busy Month in regards to Preparing this Book for Self Publishing… Especially if I want to Self Publish it in December, which is the ‘Lofty’ Goal… But may, or may not, be possible, depending on whether I can Find a Cover Artist, and get the Work done… Andddd, acquire the Funds to Pay said Artist (Unless I want the Cover to look like the Sketch up above to the Right here, Lol), and also Pay for an Editor for this Book… Which will hopefully be My Sister once more.

That’s where ‘Kickstarter’ might come in… But I’m hesitant to do another Kickstarter Project so close to the last… Though it was in June, so by November it will have been 5 Months… And to my Surprise, I did achieve the Goal Amount to not only Supply Rewards to the Contributors (Copies of my Novella “I Died Once”, Copies of my Poetry Book “Winter, Lust, And Wonder”, and in some cases ‘Book Cover Posters’ of “I Died Once”)… As well as the funds to pay for the Editing.

The truth is, I’d need twice as much for what I need to get done on this New Book…

But, work being what it is, and that is Scarce, I just can’t swing it at the moment.

Hmm, another Tangent…

ON WITH THE IMPLEMENTING OF THE CLEANING UP OF MY BOOK!!

My Goals during the Month of September were as follows…

1) Self Publish My Novella “I Died Once” – Which I did towards the end of August, and Beginning of September

2) Market “I Died Once” – Which I have, via Posts, and Tweets

3) Get “I Died Once” Read and Reviewed by several people, which I did

4) Get a sample of “I Died Once” to my Local Bookstore, which also carries My Poetry Book, “Winter, Lust, And Wonder” – As it turns out, she told me that I didn’t need to get her a sample, and that they’d carry the book. This is awesome, because I really feel that I’ve developed a relationship with the Store, and Manager, which was my hope by putting My Poetry Book in there

* 5) Something that I had actually planned on doing in October, or November, was Make “I Died Once” into a Ebook… But I decided after marketing the Printed version for a Week or so, that Our Market so much Includes Ebooks, that I probably shouldn’t wait any longer. So it is now available For Your PC, or Kindle Reading Device now

6) Ship Copies of “I Died Once” out to the Kickstarter Contributors that helped to Fund My “Editor Funding” Project – I’m in the process of sending them out as we speak. I’m also sending copies to the Editors, Cover Artist, and Cover Layout Co-Designer

7) Get The First Draft of My Fantasy Novel “Chess With Agatha” Read, Reviewed, and Line Edited… Prior to actually Editing it, which will more than likely occur in November-December, 2012, depending – It’s been Read, and Reviewed… And I will be determining if I need to make some Changes in the Writing of it. The Line Editing is being done as we speak

8) Look for an Artist for the Book Cover of My Fantasy Novel “Chess With Agatha“, which I hope to Self Publish in Dec, 2012-Jan, 2013 – I’ve been looking, but most of the Artists are either too busy to be hired, and or don’t reply to E-mails, Lol So I have a long way to go still here.

Something that I’m still curious about, is turning My Blog Series “Dark Rider” and/or “Tales of The Dark Rider” into a Comic Book.

But I want to Find an Artist for this before I start dedicating time into Converting the Blog Posts, into actual “Comic Book Script”.

My Nephew, who I’d like to be the Artist for the Comic Book, was actually in town this weekend, and I gave him a Printed Copy of “Dark Rider“, and part of “Tales of The Dark Rider“… So I’m hoping that he takes the time to Read It, and maybe gets inspired enough to start Drawing some more Drawing Samples.

Allure… An 80 Page Novella

I’m actually Considering Converting My First 15 Episodes of “Allure” into a Novella… It would be the First of a Series of Short Novellas I’m Hoping.

It would be the First Time I Converted any of My “Blog Series” into a Book, but I think it might be a good one to do it with.

I have talked about making my “Dark Rider” Series into a “Comic Book”, and it’s still something I’m looking to do.

My Nephew would potentially be the Artist, and My Friend Kirsty would help me with the Look, and Set Up of the Pages.

Right Now My Schedule Looks Like This;

“I Died Once” (Novella) – I Achieved My Editor Funding Goal for “I Died Once”, and have already Edited 1/3 of it with My Sister… I’m hoping she can help me finish up in the next week or two, then I’ll set up the PDF Documents, and Upload it to My Printing Company. My Kickstarter Project Officially Ends Tomorrow, and after that they hold on to the money for 2 Weeks, then Transfer it to My Amazon Account… I then need to Manually Transfer it from Amazon to My Bank Account, which takes 5 to 7 Business Days, or so they say. Once the Money’s in the Account, I will Order Book Cover Posters for 2 of My Contributors, 19 Copies of “I Died Once” from My Printer to be sent out to Contributors, and 7 of My “Winter, Lust, And Wonder” Poetry Books to also be sent out to Contributors. I’ll also be sending out 3 DVD’s of My Short Film “If Not Now…” to 3 of the Contributors… Phew, Lol I’ll Also be Ordering a Copy of the Novella to give the Local Bookstore, so they can decide if they’d be willing to carry it in their Store. Wola, Lol (Looking To Have It Self Published By Mid August)

“Chess With Agatha” (Fantasy Novel) – I’ve Re-Wrote/Pre-Edited about 40% of the First Draft of My Fantasy Novel, “Chess With Agatha“. Once I’m done Re-Writing/Pre-Editing it, I will forward that Copy to My Friend Beth, who will Review it, and “Line Edit” It. Once I receive the Reviews and Line Edits, I will Implement any changes that need to be, in regards to the Writing, and the Grammar. At that point I will once again be faced with the Daunting Task of Finding an Editor for it, Lol I really have no clue who I will get to Edit it, as it’s about 3 times as long as My Novella, and would be quite an Undertaking for My Sister… But I’ll deal with that when the time comes, Lol Also, I’ve been Researching some possible “Cover Artists” for this the First Book of the “Agatha Series”… It’s gone So So, I’ve found Good Artists, but they’re all Extremely Busy. (Looking To Have It Self Published By, Or Before, December 2012)

If I decide to Turn “Allure” Into a Novella, I’ll need to check with Beth and see if she’d be willing to “Review”, and “Line Edit” it after “Chess With Agatha”. My Friend Heloise has also been doing some Pre-Editing on “Allure” as I go, which has been really helpful. I’ll have to figure out more about “Allure” a bit later.

Kickstarter Was A Success… Soon My Novella Will Be Self Published!

I just wanted to let you guys know that I was able to Hit My Kickstarter Goal for Editor Funds, and My Novella “I Died Once” should be Edited, and Self Published within 3 to 5 weeks!

 

 

Here’s the Final Front and Back Cover, Designed with My Good Friend Kirsty’s Help…

I’ve begun Editing it with My Sister, and trying to Convince her to TAKE THE MONEY! I just Collected with Kickstarter, as I really feel she is a Good Enough Editor for My Book.

She showed up on Tuesday with her English Rule Book, and away we went…

Besides, she brought me Taco Bell, what else can you ask from an Editor?? Lol

Worse case Scenario, if she won’t take the money, then I told her she could Contribute it right back towards Hiring an Artist for My Fantasy Novel “Chess With Agatha“, which is the next thing I will be Focusing on.

We got 1/3 Done, and after she left, I looked over the work, and I really feel she knows what she’s doing.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know, thanks for all your Encouragement, I’m really rather Speechless about the fact that I reached the goal… Like I said, I don’t know all that many people, but the one’s I don know, I am very close to… And My other Sister, My Mom, and My Friend Heloise all helped to Let People that they knew, know about it, which also helped.
